How to delete duplicate rows from a table in Oracle PL SQL Interview Questions And Answers For Experience & Freshers | Interview Preparation

In this we can delete all rows except one row in each group.

Suppose table is test having column no which having duplicate rows.


SQL> delete from test where rowid not in(select max(rowid) from test group by sno);

or

SQL>delete from test where rowid not in(select min(rowid) from test group by sno);
